WHEN CAN I PLACE MY ORDER?

*Orders can be placed 24 hours/day online.  Shipping is within 24 hours of order completion.  Shipping rates are determined by weight and size as calculated by the United States Parcel Service (USPS).

 

I SUBMITTED AND PAID FOR MY ORDER.  WHAT DO I DO IF I WANT TO MAKE CHANGES?  SHOULD I SUBMIT MY ORDER AGAIN?

We understand that mistakes happen.  Please contact us on the "Contact Us" menu tab, before your order is due to ship.  All shipped items are final sale.

 

WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS FOR PAYING FOR MY ORDER?

Payment is due at the time of order.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Discover, and American Express debit and credit cards.  

 

WHY DO I HAVE TO CREATE A LOG-IN?

BTSNature's Prescription is currently a family-operated business.  We are currently an online only platform, using the Wix website, which requires user signup.  We appreciate your understanding and strive to make the ordering process as simple as possible.
