Prepare by rinsing desired amount well and placing in a container with enough water to cover it. Soak for at least 4 hours. You can also add a squeeze of lime while soaking, in order to help neutralize sea taste. Remove soaked Sea Moss from water and place in blender with enough water to cover. Blend to desired consistency. Store refrigerated in a clean glass container for up to 3 weeks.
